Vic20reloaded.com aims at the preservation and archival of retro video games for the Commodore VIC-20 platform.

All game files on this site are already out of production and are no longer available in the primary market. This website aims at preventing valuable software to get lost or forgotten.

This site promotes indipendent and homebrew software and encourages users to purchase games of the characters they like for the current commercial platforms.

By downloading or emulating any file from this website you are agree the following:

1. All software is provided as-is, without any specific license and only for study purposes.
2. Use of this site and included software must be strictly personal and not-commercial.
3. In order to use the roms presented here you have to own a legitimate physical copy of the game.
4. You are responsible for checking your local laws regarding the use of this site and related files
5. These files are hosted for archival purposes on a best effort basis and we do not guarantee any level of quality as far as emulation is concerned.

Bots and no-scraping policy

We tolerate bots crawling until they obey at the robots.txt directive and rel="nofollow" attributes in the links.

NO scraping: Bots shall never download .d64 .PRG and other resource files.

Bots which spawn requests across different IP numbers and do not accept cookies get detected by our defence system and will be blocked and prevented from downloading.

Attempt to perform scraping this website and its resources is considered illegal and will result in IP blocking.

Human users are required to browse using an ordinary browser and avoid using automated tools.

Users must never share the direct link to a downloadable resource (direct access to url beginning with "/get" may not work and may change in time), but they can share the item's page or even item's download page (url must begin with "/download")
