PRG Starter

Windows Utility. Once installed lets you "run" any VIC-20 program or disk into VICE Emulator by setting the right memory options automatically. You will simply double click a .prg or .d64 program to run it.

It is a single executable, just unzip and place it somewhere on your hard disk. Then double click to run it, and click the [Setup] button.
